Code of Conduct

 

Disclaimer

We are pleased to provide this facility and whilst we have attempted to make it as safe as possible, the very nature of children’s play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen. We cannot therefore accept responsibility for injury to children or damage to clothing or belongings whilst using the Soft Play area or general cafe facilities.

Adult supervision of children is essential at all times

 

Soft Play Rules of Play & Code of Conduct

  • Adults must supervise their children at all times while on the premises

  • No food or drink inside the Soft Play area

  • Health & Hygiene Policy: Shoes OFF, Socks ON for all adults and children while inside the Soft Play area *disposable socks can be purchased from the cafe for a small fee

  • We ask that all our customers wash or sanitise their hands before entering Soft Play area

  • Please leave the Soft Play area promptly after your session to ensure enough time for staff to clean and tidy between sessions

  • No photography or video is allowed without permission

  • Please remove all jewellery, badges, hair clips & other sharp objects

  • No food, drink , glassware or chewing gum is allowed in the Soft Play area

  • No consuming of food or drink which has not been purchased from our cafe

  • Children who are unwell should not use the Soft Play area or equipment

  • Leave all personal items such as money, mobile phones or keys with parents/ guardians outside the play area

  • Remove shoes before entering the play area but please wear socks at all times

  • Children who wear glasses (or contact lenses) should take extra care

  • No liability will be accepted for any losses, damages or theft

  • All nappy changes shall be made in the facilities provided

  • All accidents, injuries and spillages should be reported to a Tribe Time staff member

 

Booking Conditions

  • I understand the Soft Play is designed for children aged under 5yrs. I will not book entry tickets for children who exceed this age limit *Older children are more than welcome to come along and enjoy the other cafe facilities

  • I understand I am responsible for fully supervising the children in this booking at all times while at Tribe Time. I understand the Soft Play is not a creche and I should not leave children unattended in the Soft Play, general cafe or toilet areas at any time

  • I understand Tribe Time’s Shoes OFF, Socks ON Health & Hygiene policy and will ensure all members of my booking (adults and children) are made aware.

  • I understand Tribe Time holds the right to refuse play to anyone within my booking who does not adhere to the Health & Hygiene Policy, Soft Play Rules of Play and Code of Conduct

  • I understand that the Soft Play area and play equipment is designed for children under the age of 5 years old and will not purchase entry or allow an additional child in my care who exceeds this age limit to play inside the Soft Play area or use the Soft Play equipment *older children are welcome to attend the booking and use the cafe facilities

  • I have read the code of conduct and will ensure everyone on my booking is aware of these rules. The code of conduct is also displayed on posters outside the Soft Play area

  • I will help to maintain the safety of everyone by reporting anything I believe to be a risk or hazard to a member of staff or by email to hello@tribetime.co.uk

  • I understand that Tribe Time reserve the right to cancel or amend my booking in the unlikely scenario that a session accidentally becomes over subscribed. * Tribe time will always contact you first and offer a full refund


Private Hire & Party Bookings

  • No food or drink that is not purchased from us may be consumed during any party or private booking. We have a wide variety of food and drink options and packages for both adults and children that are available to purchase through us at a discounted rate. Birthday cakes can also be arranged and provided separately. We understand that you may need to bring your own baby food

  • We are happy to discuss you bringing your own entertainer however please note that they must hold all appropriate insurances, licences and CRB checks. We cannot be liable for any action, negligence or damage caused by anyone not directly employed by us

  • Party bookings are reserved by the payment of a £100 deposit. The remainder of the total will be payable at the end of the party on the day. Any deposit remains fully refundable for cancellations notified up to 14 days before the date of the booking. Cancellations received within 7 days of the booking will receive 50% refund of any deposit. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date

  • In the unlikely event we are unable to honour your booking, we will always refund any deposit paid

Tribe Time hold the right to refuse play for anyone who does not adhere to Soft Play Rules of Play, Code of Conduct and Booking Terms & Conditions

 

Standard Soft Play & Private Soft Play Cancelations & Refunds:

We are unable to offer refunds for any cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please get in touch anytime prior to your original booking and we will be happy to reschedule free of charge

Party Cancelations & Refunds:

Deposits will remain fully refundable right up to 14 days before the party and 50% refundable up to 7 days before. We are unable to offer refunds beyond this time period. However, we are happy to discuss alternative dates for your party and will be happy to reschedule free of charge (subject to availability). Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your party, please get in touch with your party organiser as soon as possible
