TRIBE TIME UPDATE:
Dear Friends,
We have taken the very difficult decision to close Tribe Time after 5 wonderful years. What began as a little dream shared between two local families grew into a wonderful community, and we are so grateful for every family who shared their time, memories and smiles with us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have air-conditioning?
We do not have air-conditioning, however we do have an air filtration/circulation system in place which we have on full power over the Summer months as well as fans installed to help keep the space cool.
Can I bring children who are over the age limit?
We do advise that our Soft Play itself is designed and best suited for under 5s, this is especially important when mixing families and older children with any smaller customers. However if you are booking a private party, as all guests will be known to you, you are of course welcome to have older children to play too - and any brave adults!
Can I re-schedule my soft play session that I wasn't able to attend?
We require customers wishing to reschedule their sessions to get in touch with us prior to the session in question in order to be able to qualify for a refund/reschedule. We are not able to offer refunds or reschedule any missed sessions that have already occurred.
Can I bring my own food/drink?
For a host of reasons (including liability) we are not able to permit customers to bring their own food and drinks.
However we have a fantastic menu as well as lovely selection of platters, nibbles and alcoholic beverages for adult guests please see our various menus or get in touch for more info.
