We have taken the very difficult decision to close Tribe Time after 5 wonderful years. What began as a little dream shared between two local families grew into a wonderful community, and we are so grateful for every family who shared their time, memories and smiles with us.

IT’s pARTY time !

Kids’ Party PackageS:

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES FOR UP TO 15 CHILDREN

£100 DEPOSIT TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING

OPTIONAL EXTRAS (NOT INCLUDED):

• Party Platters for adults (pre-order only)

• Alcoholic beverages for Adults

• Additional time (£55 per hour extra, subject to availability)

• Bring your own cake - £10 ‘Cakeage’ fee

We have a wonderful choice of birthday cakes which can also be arranged. Please let us know if you would like to receive options and prices

Party slot times:

10am - 12pm

12:30pm - 2:30pm

3pm - 5pm

For any special requests for a different start time, please speak to your party organiser and we will do our best to accommodate if we can. Bespoke start times may come at an added cost

Please note:

• Our Soft Play is designed for children under the age of 5 and so we are not able to accommodate parties for children above this age limit

• We are not able to accept or arrange party bookings for more than 6 months in advance

• We are not able to permit customers to bring their own food, snacks and/or drinks. If you would like to arrange extra snacks and drinks for your party, please see our Party Platters and Drinks menus below for our offering.

• As part of our Party Packages, we will decorate the space using balloons. Please always check with your guests to ensure there are no latex allergies and include any known allergies in the notes section of the booking form below.

Party Cancelations & Refunds:

Deposits will remain fully refundable right up to 14 days before the party and 50% refundable up to 7 days before. We are unable to offer refunds beyond this time period. However, we are happy to discuss alternative dates for your party and will be happy to reschedule free of charge (subject to availability). Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your party, please get in touch with your party organiser as soon as possible
